Our intercultural China seminars are the only China seminars worldwide that are based on the principles of the last descendant of Confucius Prof. Dr. Kung Teh-Cheng. Confucius was the founder of Chinese behavior and is therefore the source of all today's peculiarities when negotiating with Chinese business people.

Experience in training hundreds of employees and managers of many medium-sized companies and large corporations for 20 years with a satisfaction rate of 100%. Their personal practice experiences have all been incorporated into our China seminars and are passed on to new participants. Sometimes we are also used to retrain employees who had already attended other China seminars at other providers but could not benefit from that experience.

The coaches at our China seminars are not sinologists or interpreters without management experience, but academics and practitioners with a degree in international management and Chinese law.

All trainers at our China seminars speak German, Chinese and English.

Every intercultural China seminar is led by our Managing Director, who grew up with Chinese people, lived in China for many years - and is currently also predominantly based in Hong Kong, worked as director of a management consultancy in Hong Kong and has known the problems of managers in China business for many years, both from his own experience and from his work as a consultant.

The participants spouse can take part in the intercultural China seminar free of charge, as empirical research has shown that 50 percent of all assignments fail because the spouse is not sufficiently prepared.
